PICASSO – COCTEAU Οι Kαινοτόμοι του Μοντερνισμού / Pioneers of Modernism

The two “enfants terribles” of French intellectual life were presented in a joint exhibition at the Theocharakis Foundation in 2015. The exhibition catalogue of the same title brings together 190 works representative of their remarkable artistic contribution.
These include paintings, sculptures, ceramics, drawings, and artists’ books by these pioneering creators, “whose heterodox spirit reveals their authenticity and genius,” as noted by the Foundation’s curator, Takis Mavrotas.
