1st International Conference on Digital Media and Orthodox Pastoral Care

In May 2015, the 1st International Conference on Digital Media and Orthodox Pastoral Care, entitled “Living Water” (Ὕδωρ ζῶν), was organized on the initiative of the Institute for Research, Preservation and Promotion of Spiritual and Cultural Traditions “Saint Maximus the Greek” (publisher of the journal Pemptousia), in collaboration with the Orthodox online platforms Orthodox Christian Network (USA) and Bogoslov (Russia).
The Conference was held under the auspices of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew. Seventy-five specialists in the field—both clergy and lay participants—from 21 countries took part in the proceedings.
