The bilingual commemorative album, published in Greek and English by the Albert Cohen Association, seeks to highlight both the personalities and the technical achievements that shaped the vibrant industrial landscape of Corfu.
A wide range of products and raw materials—such as paper, cigarettes, ropes and sacks, olive oil, flour, pasta, milk, leather goods, ceramic items, salt, wine, and everyday household products used by Corfiots over the past two centuries—revive a period during which the Ionian Islands experienced significant artisanal and industrial development.
