The Special Kindergarten of Rafina (PNA) is located next to the Rafina Health Centre, within the premises of the former Penteli Children’s Psychiatric Hospital. It is a public school and is exclusively supervised by the Ministry of Education. The school suffered extensive damage during the Mati wildfire (July 2018), which was subsequently repaired, allowing it to reopen in November 2019. AIGEA AMKE contributed to the functional upgrade of the school by undertaking the reconstruction of its playground.
