Remodelling the square of Dryopida

Dryopida (Dryopis) is the second largest settlement on Kythnos. The village preserves its traditional and picturesque character. At its heart, in front of the War Memorial, is the central square, focal point of village life. The Non-profit Civil Company AEGEAS sponsored works on remodelling the square (paving, lighting). On completion of the project, the square was upgraded aesthetically and functionally, without altering its traditional architecture.
