The Nautical Athletic Club of Perama was founded in 1997. Its facilities are located at the small port of Perama and are housed in a two-storey ship bridge, reflecting its close connection to the maritime tradition.
The Club embraces the youth of the area, offering children aged 7 to 15 a healthy athletic outlet through dinghy sailing. For more than 20 years, it has participated in major events such as the Offshore Sailing Championship, the Aegean Rally, and the Cyclades Rally, earning distinctions not only for its athletic performance but also for seamanship and ethos—an exemplary case being its award for rescuing a vessel in distress.
In support of the Club’s activities, AIGEA AMKE donated an inflatable boat with an outboard engine and trailer, providing significant reinforcement to the Club’s training and sporting programmes.
