Music performance on Makronisos: “Who Will Take My Life…”

The Region of South Aegean, the Municipality of Kea, and the Municipality of Lavreotiki organised an artistic event of great symbolic significance on 14 September 2013 on Makronisos. The musical performance “Who Will Take My Life…” by Mikis Theodorakis, dedicated to the life and work of the leading Greek composer, was held at this site of historical memory that shaped Theodorakis himself, as well as the lives of thousands of fighters in post-war Greece. AIGEA AMKE was a strong supporter of the event.
