Between 1963 and 1965, the residents of the area, with the support of the cultural association “I MELISSA,” founded the first Church of the Holy Trinity, initially built as a three-aisled basilica. The church, in its present four-lobed, domed architectural form, was inaugurated on 8 May 2011.
Through its donations, AIGEAS AMKE contributed to the enhancement of the church and the creation of an accessible and aesthetically refined environment around it, undertaking the complete redevelopment of the surrounding area as well as of the square located in front of the church.
