Fotis Kontoglou and His Influence on Younger Artists

The Museum of the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation in Athens presented, in its temporary exhibition space, an artistic tribute to the gifted master Fotis Kontoglou (September–December 2022).
To achieve this aim, works by 39 artists were juxtaposed with works by Kontoglou, highlighting both direct and indirect influences on the contemporary artistic community.
The bilingual publication (Greek–English) documents this unique exhibition project. Texts are contributed by Kyriakos Koutsomallis, Spyros Moschonas, Giorgos Mylonas, and Dimitris Pavlopoulos.
