Its origins date back to 1896, when the \u201cHospital of Tripoli Evangelistria\u201d was established by royal decree, following the initiative of the nun Anastasia Demesticha, whose name became closely associated with the construction of the first Evangelistria church in the area. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the course of its long history, the hospital evolved into a modern centre for secondary healthcare services, developing significant clinical departments and specialised units that have played a decisive role in providing medical care across the mountainous and semi-mountainous regions of the Peloponnese.
