The exhibition formed part of the program \u201cSantorini 1821\u20132021,\u201d which included a series of events organized by the Thera Society of Sciences together with other cultural associations and institutions of Santorini.<br\/>Within the exhibition, visitors were introduced to life on the island before, during, and after the Greek War of Independence, while the role played by Thera in the national uprising was presented for the first time.
