It focuses on Loutra Aidipsos because this is the largest spa town in Greece, with over 2,500 permanent residents and a seasonal population of as many as 7,000. The spa town, with 9 certified therapeutic springs and 29 listed recent monuments, is the main tourism resource for North Euboea. In brief, the master plan sets five thematic axes of interventions: traffic management, enhancement of the building assets and the town\u2019s identity, creation of a new focal point in the area of the old town with axes for the recovery of the historical centre and the enhancement of the special natural environment, and last, a series of incentives for the private sector and the local society.
