“The Wisdom of Tradition” – Folklore and Dance Association

The Folklore and Dance Association “The Wisdom of Tradition” was founded in 2014 in Poseidonia, Syros, with the aim of preserving local tradition and connecting it with the younger generation.
Since 2018, it has co-organized, together with the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Syros–Ermoupolis and the Cyclades Department of Culture of the Region of South Aegean, the traditional dance festival “Syrianopató.”
AIGEAS AMKE has supported Syrianopató in various ways since its very first year of organization.
