The Society for the Study of Southeastern Attica (EMENA) was founded in July 1999. Its activities focus on the study, research, documentation, and preservation of the cultural heritage of Southeastern Attica.
The Scientific Meetings it organizes every two or three years represent the outward expression of its ongoing effort to foster research, encourage scholarly discourse and dialogue, and connect Attica’s cultural heritage with its present and future.
AIGEAS AMKE supports EMENA by sponsoring the organization of these Scientific Meetings and the publication of their Proceedings.
