Primary School in Galatas

In 1968, on a plot of land purchased by the School Board of the Galatas Primary School, a prefabricated Schoolhouse was put up, with money from war reparations of the Italian government. Because the construction materials were a health hazard, it was decided to build a new Schoolhouse, which since 2008 has housed the Primary School and Kindergarten of Galatas.
