Completed in the summer of 2019, to the most modern specifications, was the total reconstruction and certification of the children’s playground at the junction of Karaiskaki and Marathonomachon streets in Rodopolis. The new children’s playground, covering an area of about 1,000 square metres, has an abundance of novel equipment, a new low-energy lighting system, accessibility for persons with disabilities, a drinking-water fountain and benches.
