An edition–ark preserving the roots, historical journey, hardships, and achievements—everything that lies beyond the scope of official historiography—is offered by the book of Konstantinos Balomenos and Georgios Stefani.
It recounts the story of a community that originated in a mountainous village of Evrytania: the story of ordinary people who stood out for their strong will and solidarity in difficult times, ultimately settling on the southern side of Lamia.
