Grand Concert at the Panathenaic Stadium: “…For Faith and Freedom”

On 11 September 2021, the Church of Greece commemorated the 200th anniversary of the Greek War of Independence (1821) by organizing a grand concert at the Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro). The program featured songs by contemporary Greek composers dedicated to the historic event.
Children’s and youth choirs from across Greece, joined by distinguished artists, filled the stands of the Kallimarmaro, singing in tribute to the nation’s history and its future.
