Routes in Marpissa is a three-day experiential cultural festival organised by a group of volunteers and held every August in Marpissa, on the island of Paros. Its central concept is the creation of routes and points of interest within the traditional settlement, focusing on themes such as architecture, folklore, music, visual arts, and the environment. It is designed in harmony with the characteristics and scale of the village, respectfully highlighting the distinctive Cycladic identity of the place. The festival aims to encourage an experiential approach to its activities, allowing everyone to play an active role in the events. AIGEA AMKE has supported the initiative since its early beginnings.
