Holy Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian

The Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian is located within the General Hospital of Kifissia “Agioi Anargyroi.” The church had sustained extensive damage during the 1999 earthquake. The reinforcement and restoration works were fully funded through the donation of AIGEAS AMKE.
The opening ceremony of the restored church took place on 2 October 2020.

DONATION OF THE NON-PROFIT CIVIL COMPANY AEGEAS

• Preparation of the study and execution of stabilisation and structural reinforcement works on the load-bearing structure of the Holy Church.
• Repair and renovation of the Holy Church, including interior and exterior repainting, new flooring, installation of a new air-conditioning system, replacement of doors and windows, and construction of a new iconostasis and carved wooden furnishings.
