Since May 2007, the Arsakeio School of Tirana has been operating in a new, privately owned building complex that meets the most modern international educational standards. Set on an amphitheatrical site of approximately 100 stremmas and designed by Greek architects (NTUA professors Dimitris Isaias and Tasis Papaioannou), the complex includes separate buildings for the Kindergarten, Primary School, Gymnasium, Lyceum, Library, Theatre, as well as sports facilities. The inauguration of the new complex took place in October 2007.

Main source of funding was the programme of the Service of International Development Cooperation (ΥΔΑΣ) for the Balkans, of the Hellenic Foreign Ministry, with important donations from Thanassis and Marina Martinos, Marianna Latsi, Vassilis Theocharakis, Andreas Kanellopoulos, Kalliopi Lemou and the Philekepedeftiki Etaireia.
